Did you know that scientists predict that if the environment is not improved and the earths climate stays the same, the sea level will rise from melting icebergs and could potentially flood parts of major cities all over the world?
Did you know that the melting of icebergs has caused many polar bears to lose their habitat and drown?
Did you also know that the world has been at its warmest in 400 years because of global warming?
Ways you can prevent global warming is that you can buy a push lawn mower compared to a regular lawn mower. This helps because you do not realease any bad gases into the air by using a non gas lawn mower. To prevent global warming you can also buy a hybrid or electric car or buy solar panels.
Did you know that by using a compact fluorescent light bulb instead of an ordinary incandescent light bulb you can save up to 300 lbs. of carbon dioxide!
